We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time to another client who may need it.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee.
Please ensure you book with a valid contact number so we can reach you if needed. If we are unable to contact you before your appointment, we may need to cancel it to keep the schedule fair for everyone.
In an emergency, just let us know as soon as you can — we will always try our best to understand and help.
